Macleay Valley Coast Holiday Parks ‘Win a $1000 holiday’ competition 

Terms and Conditions 


1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 


2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and older. 

2.2 Employees of Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM), NRMA, Kempsey Shire Council and associated park and resort managers, park employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.  Employees of all divisions of Macleay Valley Coast Holiday Parks and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or first cousin. 


3.1 The competition commences at 12pm on Tuesday 27 April 2020 (AEST) and concludes at 12pm on Tuesday 30 June 2020 (‘the competition period’). 

3.2 To enter the competition, entrants must enter all the required details into the appropriate form on <insert landing page link> 

3.3 Multiple entries are permitted. 

3.4 By entering the Promotion, eligible entrants: 

(a) consent to their photo and their name being made publicly available on the Promoter’s Facebook page; and 

(b) consent to the entry being used by the Promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions (and by Facebook for promotion purposes in accordance with Facebook’s terms of use). 


4.1 A total of one prize will be awarded at the end of the competition period. The draw will take place on Thursday 2 July 2020. Winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the competition has been drawn. 

4.2 For any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will take place at 9am Thursday 30 July 2020 at Australian Tourist Park Management Head Office, they will be contacted via email or telephone. If the winner does not respond to email/s or phone call/s and claim the prize within the stipulated timeframe, the prize will be redrawn.  

4.Prize includes: Macleay Valley Coast Holiday Parks $1,000 voucher that can be used at Crescent Head Holiday Park, Hat Head Holiday Park, Horseshoe Bay Holiday Park, Stuarts Point Holiday Park or Grassy Head Holiday Park 

4.4Voucher can be used on multiple stays at multiple parks. 

4.5 No further discount or specials apply and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.  

4.4 This prize must be redeemed within 12 months of issue date during low or mid-season (season calendars are available on park websites) and is subject to availability.  Black-out dates apply.   If for any reason the winner does not use the prize before its expiry, the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited. 

4.5 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

4.6 By entering the draw, entrants give Macleay Valley Coast Holiday Parks permission to announce the winner (including their first name and suburb) on any of the Macleay Valley Coast Holiday Parks’ social media pages.  


5.1 Entrants who have successfully entered the competition over the competition period by registering all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draw. The draw will take place at the office of Australian Tourist Park Management, Suite L218A, Level 2 The Strand at Coolangatta 72-80, Marine Parade, Coolangatta QLD 4225 at midday on Thursday 2 July 2020. 

5.2The draw will be a chosen at  Australian Tourist Park Management Head Office.  The winner will be chosen in the form of a game of skill.  The most creative submission deemed by Australian Tourist Park Management will be chosen as the winner. 

5.3The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result. 


6.1 The promoter cannot cancel or postpone the competition without the written authority of the regulatory authority 

6.2 Macleay Valley Coast Holiday Parks and associated stakeholders take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail. 

6.3 Australian Tourist Park Management and associated stakeholders will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
